Yes – PromoPilot PS OSN is a Zapier integration, so you'll need an active Zapier account to use it. Any paid Zapier plan works. If you're not sure which plan is right for you, their free tier lets you explore before committing.

PromoPilot PS OSN works with any supplier that supports the PromoStandards Order Shipment Notification (OSN) 1.0 standard. Many major promo suppliers already do – but the best way to confirm is to check with your specific suppliers or reach out and we can help you verify. We've tested the integration with 20 of the top suppliers and as long as they adhere to the standard, the integration will work. That said, if you ever run into a supplier compatibility issue, let us know and we'll investigate and release a fix at no cost.

You'll need your supplier account credentials – This can be different that what you use to access the supplier's website. Ask your supplier rep how to get access or request access through the PromoStandards website.

Shipment Lookup uses Zapier's polling system, so it checks for new data on a regular interval rather than instantly. How often it checks depends on your Zapier plan – typically anywhere from every 1 to 15 minutes. For most shipment tracking use cases this is more than fast enough.

Yes – you can connect as many PromoStandards-compatible suppliers as you work with. Each supplier is authorized separately inside Zapier, and you can build individual Zaps or combine them however makes sense for your workflow.
