These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromoPilot PS OSN ("the Service"), provided by PromoPilot ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Eric Granata in Oklahoma. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PromoPilot PS OSN is a Zapier integration that enables you to retrieve shipment data from PromoStandards-compatible suppliers using your own supplier credentials. The Service provides access to the integration itself, along with supporting documentation, video tutorials, and workflow frameworks.
The Service does not store, transmit, or have access to your supplier credentials. Authentication occurs directly between your Zapier account and your supplier. We have no visibility into your credentials or the data returned to your Zaps.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must have an active Zapier account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Zapier account and any supplier credentials you use in connection with the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the rate in effect at the time of each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before your next renewal. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate. Subscribers who join during a designated founders pricing period will be notified separately of any applicable rate protections.
4. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any portion of a subscription period, including partial months or unused annual periods. If you have questions before subscribing, please contact us before purchasing. A free trial is available so you can evaluate the Service before committing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the integration or its components
- Use the Service to access supplier data you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
8. Third-Party Services
The Service operates within Zapier's platform and connects to third-party supplier systems via PromoStandards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Zapier, any supplier, or any other third-party service you connect to using the Service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for any changes to Zapier's platform, PromoStandards specifications, or supplier APIs that affect the functionality of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved through the Service will be accurate, complete, or timely. Shipment data is sourced from third-party supplier systems; we have no control over its accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMOPILOT AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Missed shipment updates or delayed customer notifications
- Errors or omissions in data returned by supplier systems
- Interruptions to the Service caused by Zapier, supplier APIs, or third-party systems
- Any actions taken or not taken based on data retrieved through the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromoPilot and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how PromoPilot ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with PromoPilot Shipment Lookup ("the Service").
1. What We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and billing information when you subscribe (collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store your payment details)
- Communications you send us (email, contact form)
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data such as subscription status and access logs, as necessary to deliver the Service
What we do NOT collect:
- Your supplier credentials. Supplier authentication happens directly between your Zapier account and your supplier's systems. We have no access to, and do not store, any supplier login information.
- Shipment data retrieved through your Zaps. Data flows through your Zapier account, not through our systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and maintain your subscription
- Send you your integration invite link, documentation, and product updates
- Respond to support requests
- Process billing through Stripe
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following third parties:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your billing information.
- Zapier — the platform the integration runs on. Your use of Zapier is governed by Zapier's privacy policy.
- Your suppliers — data retrieved through the Service comes from your suppliers' systems via PromoStandards. We have no control over how those systems handle data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for billing, legal, or support purposes. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to protect your own Zapier account and supplier credentials.
6. Your Rights

7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. Refund Policy

Our Policy
PromoPilot PS OSN offers a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the Service before being charged. A credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, including partial months or unused portions of annual plans.
We believe the free trial gives you everything you need to make a confident decision. If you have questions about whether the Service is right for your workflow, please reach out before subscribing — we're happy to help.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Once cancelled, you will not be billed again. You retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period.
Exceptions
