PromoPilot Aviators is a community for technologists, solution seekers, and leaders in the print and promo industry. We're here to learn, share, and grow stronger—together. To make that happen, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone.

How We Engage Across Roles
We welcome distributors, suppliers, and solution providers alike. Here’s how to keep things constructive:
Suppliers and solution providers are welcome contributors to the community. We encourage you to join discussions and share your expertise. If you’d like to mention your products or services, please do so only when it directly adds value to an ongoing conversation.
You’re also welcome to reply to existing threads with relevant promotions—just keep it helpful and on-topic.
We're still considering opportunities like sponsored posts or content. If you're interested in collaborating, feel free to reach out at info@promopilot.io and we can chat about it.
Distributors are encouraged to share challenges, explore tools, and ask for help. It’s okay if solutions come from suppliers or providers—what matters is that responses are helpful, relevant, and respectful of the space.
This is a professional space: all interactions should feel helpful, not pushy.
If you’re ever unsure whether something is appropriate, ask an admin or err on the side of transparency.
