Welcome to the PromoPilot Aviators Community, a space built for industry technologists to connect, learn, and grow together. This community is hosted on the Heartbeat platform and operated by PromoPilot LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By joining or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Your Responsibilities

By using this community, you agree to:
  • Be respectful, constructive, and inclusive in your interactions.
  • Avoid spam, self-promotion outside of designated areas, or harassment of any kind.
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate these principles without notice.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You must be 18 or older to join.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We may modify or remove access to parts of the community at any time, especially if guidelines are violated.

3. Community Content

  • You retain ownership of anything you post, but by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the community.
  • Don’t post anything you don’t have rights to share.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or move content as needed to keep the community safe and organized.

4. Suppliers and Solution Providers

We welcome suppliers and service providers, but promotional content must be shared only in designated areas. Repeated unsolicited promotion may lead to removal from the community.

5. Premium Content and Payments

We may offer optional paid features or content in the future. Those features may come with additional terms, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you're violating these Terms or otherwise harming the community experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This community is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or any content posted within it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromoPilot LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the community.

9. Platform Terms

This community is hosted on Heartbeat.chat, and by participating, you also agree to Heartbeat’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and GDPR DPA. Please review those documents to understand how the platform itself operates and handles your data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify the community of significant changes, and your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Course Terms Addendum

These additional terms apply when you purchase or access any course, tutorial, or digital product (“Courses”) offered through the Aviators community.

Payment & Refunds

All Course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a refund policy is expressly provided on the Course checkout page.

License & Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or otherwise make the Course content available to others without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All Course content—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, and checklists—remains the sole property of PromoPilot, LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase or access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Courses are provided “as is” for educational and informational purposes only. PromoPilot makes no guarantees of specific results or business outcomes from applying the content.

Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold PromoPilot, LLC harmless from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Courses. PromoPilot’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course giving rise to the claim.

Community Conduct

If a Course includes access to discussions, forums, or community features within Aviators, you agree to follow all community guidelines. PromoPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Modification & Termination

PromoPilot reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Course at its discretion. If a Course is discontinued, access may be removed without refund.
